The sale of guns, rifles, air rifles and what are commonly known as "BB guns" to minors is hereby prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any minor to have in his possession any gun, rifle, air rifle or what is commonly known as a "BB gun."
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Judge. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.

The use of guns, pistols and firearms of all descriptions is hereby prohibited in the Town of Secaucus, in the County of Hudson; provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to a practice pistol range in use by members of a regularly constituted Police Department or civilian defense unit nor to a properly constructed and operated indoor and outdoor rifle or pistol range, nor to the use of such instrumentalities in the lawful defense of persons or property.
