As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any natural person or persons, corporation partnership, association
or any other organization.
Shall mean and include, but not be limited to, all roads,
roadways, streets, curbs, curbing, passageways, and the like, under
the ownership, control, or jurisdiction of the Town of Secaucus, whereby
persons or vehicles may travel.
