Any sex offender registration, community notification and internet
registry shall be in accordance with applicable federal and state
laws, including but not limited to N.J.S.A. 2C:7-1 et seq., any related
New Jersey Attorney General Guidelines and any amendments to such.
Editor's Note: The repeal of former Chapter 108 containing
Ordinance Nos. 95-23 and 2005-20 shall not affect or prevent the prosecution
or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation
of any ordinance hereby repealed.
