Editor's Note: Ord. No. 78-20, adopted 8-22-78, provided for certain street name changes and the naming of a new street as follows: The name of Minnie Place, from Pandolfi Avenue north to dead end and from Pandolfi Avenue south to dead end, shall be changed to Minnie Place South; the name of the roadway between Tenth Street and Meadowlands Parkway shall be Tenth Street West.
