No person shall operate a motor vehicle in a parking yard driveway
or ingress or egress thereto in violation of the following restrictions:

Any person who violates any provision of Article XX, Entrances and Exits to Parking Yards, shall be subject to such penalties as provided for by Title 39 of the Statutes of the State of New Jersey and/or New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles, at the discretion of the Municipal Court.
