Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one or more of the following:
A. 
Imprisonment in the county jail or in any place provided by the municipality for the detention of prisoners, for any term not exceeding 90 days;
B. 
By a fine not exceeding $1,000; and
C. 
By a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Officer or his duly authorized representative to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
