No driver may park any vehicle on any public way in the Town of Lanesborough between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 through March 31 on any day of the week unless authorized by the Select Board or its designees.

The requirements of this bylaw shall be enforced by the Chief of Police or his designees.
Whoever violates this bylaw shall pay a fine of $100 for each such violation.
Any owner of a vehicle that violates this bylaw shall pay any incurred towing costs associated with noncompliance.
