a.
No person shall construct or install a septic tank, cesspool or privy
in the Borough of Haworth.
b.
No person shall maintain a septic tank, cesspool, privy or portable
toilet which creates a nuisance as a result of overflow, lack of absorption
or faulty design or construction.
c.
Whenever any premises contains a septic tank, cesspool or privy which
is abandoned, or which the Board of Health determined is in a dangerous
condition, the same shall, upon notification to the owner thereof,
be promptly pumped out and filled with clean earth by the owner or
agent at the owner's expense.
