No person shall hereafter plant, grow or maintain within the
corporate limits of the City any osage orange hedge fence on the line
of streets or alleys.

All osage orange hedge fences now on the line of any street
or alley within the City limits of the City are declared a nuisance.

Any such person so maintaining any such fence after receiving
notice from the parks and recreation department and a reasonable time
within which to remove same, shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor
and punished accordingly.
