It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle bearing a weight
class sticker in excess of Weight Class Sticker No. 4 on Hill Street
in the Township of North Whitehall between the hours of 7:00 p.m.
to 6:00 a.m., prevailing time.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall
be prosecuted under 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 4902(a) and, upon conviction,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $75, except that any person convicted
of operating a vehicle with a gross weight in excess of a posted weight
shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $150, plus $150
for each 500 pounds or part thereof in excess of 3,000 pounds over
the maximum allowable weight.
This article shall become effective five days after enactment.
