The salaries and compensation of all officers and employees
of the Borough of North Caldwell shall be as set forth in the annual
Salary Ordinance adopted by the Mayor and Council.
A copy of the annual Salary Ordinance shall be kept on file
in the office of the Borough Clerk for examination and inspection
by the public.

A Length of Service Awards Program ("LOSAP") is hereby created
in accordance with Chapter 388 of the Laws of 1997, N.J.S.A. 40A:14183,
et seq., to reward members of the West Essex First Aid Squad for their
loyal, diligent and devoted services to the residents of the Borough
of North Caldwell.
