Village of Brownstown, IL Article X Consumption, Distribution and Commercial Production of Cannabis

§ 27-10-1 Consumption Prohibited on Public Property.

The consumption of cannabis is prohibited upon municipally owned real estate and any municipally owned facilities within the corporate limits of the Village of Brownstown.

§ 27-10-2 Retail or Commercial Sale, Production or Distribution Prohibited Within Corporate Limits of Village.

The retail sale of cannabis together with the commercial sale, production or distribution of cannabis is prohibited within the corporate limits of the Village of Brownstown.

§ 27-10-3 Effective Date.

This article shall be in full force and effect January 1, 2020.
