No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at any time on Kingwood
Road (County Route 519) in the Township of Kingwood, as described,
except for official Postal Service vehicles, contractor vehicles engaged
in construction, repairs or maintenance of buildings, trees, or vegetation
on the adjoining property, or government and public utility vehicles
engaged on official business.
