The Borough is hereby divided into 12 election districts, each
to be designated in the following style: "__________" Election District
of the Borough of North Plainfield, the blank space to have inserted
therein an ordinal number beginning with the word "First" and continuing
through the word "Twelfth."

The First Election District of the Borough shall include all
of the territory and inhabitants thereof contained in that portion
of the Borough included within the following boundaries, to wit: Beginning
at the point where the center line of Green Brook intersects with
the center line of Watchung Avenue; thence northwesterly along the
center line of Watchung Avenue to the center line of Summit Avenue;
thence southwesterly along the center line of Summit Avenue to the
center line of Somerset Street; thence southeasterly along the center
line of Somerset Street to the center line of Linden Avenue; thence
southwesterly along the center line of Linden Avenue to the center
line of Sycamore Avenue; thence southeasterly along the center line
of Sycamore Avenue to the center line of Green Brook; thence along
the center line of Green Brook in a generally northeasterly direction
to the point of beginning.

The Second Election District of the Borough shall include all
of the territory and inhabitants thereof contained in that portion
of the Borough included within the following boundaries, to wit: Beginning
at the point where the center line of Green Brook intersects with
the center line of Farragut Road; thence northwesterly along the center
line of Farragut Road to the center line of Mountain Avenue; thence
southwesterly along the center line of Mountain Avenue to the center
line of Norwood Avenue; thence southeasterly along the center line
of Norwood Avenue to the center line of Green Brook; thence along
the center line of Green Brook in a generally northeasterly direction
to the point of beginning.

The Third Election District of the Borough shall include all
of the territory and inhabitants thereof contained in that portion
of the Borough included within the following boundaries, to wit: Beginning
at the point where the center line of Grove Street intersects the
center line of Linden Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center
line of Linden Avenue to the center line of Somerset Street; thence
northwesterly along the center line of Somerset Street to the center
line of Summit Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center line
of Summit Avenue to the center line of Westervelt Avenue; thence northwesterly
along the center line of Westervelt Avenue to the center line of U.S.
Highway Route 22; thence southwesterly along the center line of U.S.
Highway Route 22 to the center line of Grove Street; thence southeasterly
along the center line of Grove Street to the point of beginning.

at the point where the center line of North Drive intersects the center
line of Mountain Avenue; thence northeasterly along the center line
of Mountain Avenue to the center line of U.S. Highway Route 22 and
the Borough line; thence southwesterly along the Borough line to the
center line of North Drive; thence southeasterly along the center
line of North Drive to the center line of U.S. Highway Route 22; thence
southeasterly along North Drive to the point of beginning.

at a point where the center line of Oakridge Avenue intersects the

line of West End Avenue to U.S. Highway Route 22; thence northwesterly
along West End Avenue to the Borough line; thence southwesterly along
the Borough line to the Borough line (westerly of Louise Avenue);
thence southwesterly along the Borough line (westerly of Louise Avenue)
to the center line of U.S. Highway Route 22; thence northeasterly
on the center line of U.S. Highway Route 22 to the northeast corner
of Block 199.04, Lot 3; thence southeasterly along the sideline of
Block 199.04, Lot 3, to its intersection with the corner of Block
199.04, Lot 12; thence northeasterly along the boundary line of Lot
199.04 to the intersection with the sideline of Block 203.01, Lot
43; thence southeast along the boundary line of Block 203.01, Lot
43, to the center line of Clinton Avenue; thence southeast along the
center line of Clinton Avenue to the center line of Mountainview Drive;
thence northeasterly along the center line of Mountainview Drive to
the center line of Glendale Road; thence northwesterly along the center

the territory and inhabitants thereof contained in that portion of
the Borough included within the following boundary, to wit: Beginning

line of Clinton Avenue to the intersection with the center line of
Warfield Road; thence northwesterly along the sideline of Block 203.01,
Lot 43, to the northeast corner of Block 199.04, Lot 5; thence southwesterly
along the boundary line of Block 199.04 to its intersection with the
corner of Block 199.04, Lot 12; thence northwesterly along the sideline
of Block 199.04, Lot 3, to the center line of U.S. Highway Route 22;
thence southwesterly along the center line of U.S. Highway Route 22
to the center line of Rock Avenue; thence southeasterly along the
center line of Rock Avenue to the center line of Green Brook; thence
generally northeasterly along the center line of Green Brook to the

along the center line of Raymond Avenue to the center line of Mountain
Avenue; thence in a southwesterly direction along the center line
of Mountain Avenue to the center line of Farragut Road; thence in
a southeasterly direction along the center line of Farragut Road to
the center line of Green Brook; thence in a generally northeastern
direction along the center line of Green Brook to the point of beginning.
