In the RC Retirement District, the following regulations shall
apply.
A building may be erected, altered or used, and a lot may be
occupied or used, in whole or part, for any of the following uses
and no other, provided that such uses comply with the district regulations
below, and all other applicable sections of this Ordinance.
A.
Uses Permitted By-Right.

Use C-3. Conservation/Recreation.
2.
Use C-11. Retirement Community.
3.
Use G-3. Single Family Detached Dwelling, provided the dimensional standards of § 176-502 are satisfied.

Setbacks
|
Minimum setbacks required for principal structures. In any case where the permitted use is proposed by way of conversion of an existing building or structure, the minimum side, rear and front yards shall be not less than 1/2 of the minimum side, rear and front setback requirements set forth below.
