In expansion of the declaration of intent contained in Article
I, §§
176-102 and
176-103, of this chapter, it is hereby declared to be the intent of this article with respect to recreational districts to establish reasonable standards of performance and selection of uses permitted therein, in order to maintain and protect the desirable benefits which recreational uses have throughout the community.
In the REC Recreational District, the following regulations
shall apply.
A building may be erected, altered or used, and a lot may be
occupied or used, in whole or part, for any of the following uses
and no other, provided that such uses comply with the district regulations
below, and all other applicable sections of this Ordinance.
A. Uses Permitted By-Right.
1. Use C-3. Conservation/Recreation.
2. Use E-2. Indoor Recreation.
3. Use E-4. Outdoor Recreation.
4. The following accessory uses on the same lot which are with and customarily incidental to any of the above permitted uses and as provided for in Article
III herein:
a.
Use A-7. Fences and Walls.
b.
Use A-13. Outdoor Storage and Waste Disposal.
d.
Use A-17. Tennis/Sports Court.
