a. Public Records. The term "public records" includes those records
determined to be public in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 excluding
personnel files, vital statistics records or other matters in which
there is a right of privacy or confidentiality or which is specifically
exempted by law.
b. Fees. Except as otherwise provided by the law or regulation, the
fee established for the duplication of public records shall be:
1. 8 1/2 inch by 11 inch page: $0.05 per page.
2. 8 1/2 inch by 14 inch page: $0.07 per page.
3. Duplication of public records on CD: $5.

a. Eligibility.
Use is limited to all Roosevelt residents (21 years of age and older),
Roosevelt-based community organizations, and former Roosevelt residents.
b. Availability.
The Borough Hall Council Meeting Room, together with its Kitchen and
Restrooms, shall be available for event use at such times as may be
designated and upon such conditions as may be imposed by the Borough
in its sole discretion.
c. Application.
Any person or entity seeking to schedule an event shall make such
request upon an Application to be provided by the Borough, which shall
be accompanied by the Security Deposit. All applications must be approved
by the Mayor or Mayor's designee prior to the requested event date.
d. Security
Deposit. All Applications shall be accompanied by a Refundable Security
Deposit in the amount of $300. The Borough shall have the right to
retain the Security Deposit or a portion thereof, and charge the applicant
for any sum in excess of the deposit, to clean, repair, and/or restore
the premises to its original condition, including cleaning the Borough
Hall Council Meeting Room, Kitchen and Restroom.
e. Alcohol
Prohibited. No alcohol is permitted on Borough property during any
event.
f. Insurance.
All Applications shall be accompanied by proof of insurance for the
event, with named insured(s), provisions, and limits acceptable to
the Borough's insurer(s) as may be revised from time-to-time. The
Borough's current insurance requirements for events are available
by contacting Borough Hall during regular business hours.
