A. 
Definitions. Commercial tree trimmer is any person, corporation or other business entity who takes down trees, tops trees or chips wood for payment.
B. 
Prior to conducting commercial tree trimming services within the City limits of Versailles, Missouri, a commercial tree trimmer shall:
1. 
Apply for and acquire a permit on a form provided by the City;
2. 
Furnish proof to the City that it has liability insurance covering all damages up to the sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) per person;
3. 
Furnish a deposit in the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) to guarantee the removal of all cut trees, branches, chips and tree trimming residue is cleaned up and removed to the satisfaction of the Supervisor of Public Works or his designee. Said deposit shall be forfeited to the City if the waste is not satisfactorily removed.
C. 
When the applicant hereunder shall make application as herein provided and has fully complied with the provisions thereof, the City shall issue a permit to engage in commercial tree trimming within the City. Such permit shall be for a one (1) year period or so long as the required proof of insurance, deposit remains on file with the City and the permittee performs its services as herein required.
D. 
The fee for the permit shall be the sum of thirty-five dollars ($35.00).

E. 
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the misdemeanor penalties provided in City ordinances.

A. 
No medical marijuana, of any type, may be consumed on the premises of a medical marijuana dispensary, nor shall the licensee permit such consumption.
B. 
Any medical marijuana dispensary shall require any customer to display the customers permit card from the Department of Health and Senior Services or other proof of eligibility at the time of each purchase.
C. 
No person under the age of eighteen (18) years old shall be allowed into a medical marijuana dispensary; except that a qualifying patient who is under the age of eighteen (18) years but who has been emancipated by a court order and a qualifying patient, under the age of eighteen (18) years when accompanied by the qualifying patient's parent or guardian.
D. 
A medical marijuana dispensary shall have displayed its State-issued license, visible to the public, at all times.
E. 
No medical marijuana dispensary shall emit any odor of marijuana which is capable of being smelled by a person of ordinary senses outside of the boundary of the lot on which the facility is located.
F. 
Violation/Penalties. Any person who violates this Section shall be subject to a fine for each violation as follows: First violation: two hundred dollars ($200.00); any additional violations within a twelve-month period: second violation: two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275.00), third violation: three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00), fourth and subsequent violations: four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00). A person issued a citation for violating this Section may elect to pay the minimum penalty specified above for each violation alleged in the citation, in lieu of appearing in court to answer the citation.
