A. 
The City of Neosho, Missouri, parks shall be closed to public use between 12:00 Midnight and 5:00 A.M., unless otherwise posted.
B. 
The City Manager or his/her assignee may issue permits for individuals or groups to use the park grounds during the hours listed as closed.
C. 
Any person in violation of these provisions shall be guilty of trespass.
