In a "CR" Zone, the following uses and their accessory uses
are permitted outright:
A. A use permitted outright or as a conditional use in the "R" Zone,
except mobile home parks;
B. Retail or wholesale trade establishment;
C. Repair and maintenance service;
E. Home occupations;

Home occupations are a potential intrusion upon residential
areas and as such must meet all the requirements listed in this section:
(a)
No home occupation which could cause undue noise, traffic or
other intrusion upon the neighborhood shall be allowed.
(b)
Home occupations may include, but are not limited to, art studios,
music studios, professional services, dressmakers, barbershops or
beauty shops.
(c)
The nature of home occupation shall not change the outward characteristics
of the house as a residential unit.
(d)
One sign, no larger than four square feet, may be used to announce
the name or purpose of the home occupation.
F. Eating or drinking establishment;
I. No-impact
home-based business;

In a "CR" Zone, the dimensional standards for the "R" Zone shall
apply to a lot or a structure used for a dwelling purpose. No new
structure shall be over 35 feet in height or three stories high. For
other uses in a "CR" Zone, there shall be no dimensional requirements.
