In an "AC" Zone, the following uses and their accessory uses are permitted outright:
A. 
Dwelling or mobile home in accordance with Article VIII, § 450-803A, Skirting and screening;
B. 
Agricultural use is limited to cultivating land and raising crops and livestock (within the limits or the animal unit guidelines) solely for the use of the property owner;
C. 
Growing of trees and harvesting the same;
D. 
Riding stable;
E. 
One "animal unit" is defined as equaling one horse, one cow, one pig, one sheep or one goat per two acres. Further definition would allow fowl as follows: two per one acre;
F. 
Forestry.

A. 
Hospital, nursing or retirement home;
B. 
Dog kennel or animal hospital;
C. 
Commercial activity directly serving from farm operations, including the preparation and storage of farm products;
D. 
Public or governmental utility structure or facility;
E. 
Community building or fraternal organization building;
F. 
Church;
G. 
Golf course or other open land for recreational use;
H. 
Cemetery;
I. 
Mobile home park in accordance with Articles VIII, IX, and X of this chapter;
J. 
Extraction of oil, gas and other minerals.
A. 
Dimensional standards for a dwelling or mobile home shall be the same as those required in an "R" Zone;
B. 
There shall be no dimensional standards for the other uses permitted outright in any "AC" Zone;
C. 
For conditional uses permitted in an "AC" Zone, dimensional standards shall be as determined by the Planning Committee in approving the conditional use, as prescribed in Article IX or X;
D. 
Dimensional standards for mobile home parks shall be as prescribed in Article VIII;
E. 
Any property owners in the "AC" Zone who have more than 20 acres do not have to follow the requirements outlined in § 450-700B;
F. 
Dog kennels or veterinary offices must be at least 20 feet from any property line. Outdoor runs and facilities for animal keeping and care shall be constructed for easy cleaning and shall be adequately screened from the neighboring properties.
