From and after the passage of this chapter, all moving-picture
houses, theaters or premises used for vaudeville shows doing business
in the Borough of Shamokin (now City) are hereby required to pay a
license fee of $100 per year, payable quarterly in advance on the
first day of January, April, July and October in each year.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
