It shall be unlawful for any person, whether as principal or
agent, clerk or employee either for himself or any other person, or
for any other corporation or otherwise to:
a. Engage in the operation of one or more machines or self service devices
which upon insertion of a coin, coins, paper currency, token, card
or key, dispenses unit servings of food or beverages, either in bulk
or package, without the necessity of replenishing the devices between
each vending operation, without first having applied to and procured
a license from the board of health of this township to do so, or without
complying with any and all of the applicable provisions of the most
current revision of Chapter XII of N.J. State Sanitary Code as enforced
by the board of health.
b. Maintain or permit to be maintained on or in any location in this
township, one or more machines or self-service devices which, upon
insertion of a coin, coins, paper currency, token, card or key dispenses
unit servings of food or beverages, either in bulk or package, without
the necessity of replenishing the devices between each vending operation,
without first having applied to and procured a permit for each such
machine or device from the board of health of this township without
complying with any and all applicable provisions of the most current
revision of Chapter XII of N.J. State Sanitary Code as enforced by
the board of health.

a. Fees Established. The fees for licenses and permits as required by Section
BH3-1 above, for the purpose of raising revenue for regulation and control, to be paid annually to this township, are hereby fixed as follows:
1. License fee (per year): $50;
2. Permit fees per unit per year: twenty-five ($25.00) dollars.
b. Expiration of License. All licenses and permits issued under the
authority of this chapter shall expire on June 30 annually.
c. Payment of Fees. License and permit fees herein shall be paid to
the Township of Bedminster Board of Health.

Permits and licenses issued under authority of this chapter
may be suspended, revoked or reinstated by the Board of Health of
this township pursuant to the provisions of all applicable State law
and local ordinances.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties stated in Chapter
BH1, Section
BH1-2.
