The Middle Township Traffic Committee is hereby re-created.
All actions of the Middle Township Traffic Committee taken during the hiatus of its nonexistence are hereby ratified.

A. 
The Middle Township Traffic Committee shall consist of the following:
(1) 
Mayor of Township.
(2) 
Business Administrator of Township.
(3) 
Township Engineer.
(4) 
County Engineer.
(5) 
Representative of each fire district.
(6) 
Representative of municipal police department.
(7) 
Department of Transportation representative.
(8) 
EMS/Rescue representative.
B. 
Each member shall have a term of one year, reappointed yearly.
C. 
The Traffic Committee shall have the services of a Board Secretary to be appointed by the Township Committee. The Traffic Committee shall utilize the Township Solicitor as its legal adviser. The Committee shall meet as often as determined by the Board, as the need for said meetings are presented.
The purpose of the Traffic Committee shall be to study traffic problems of the Township of Middle and to make recommendations to the Township Committee with regard to the resolution of such problems.[1]
