Borough of Homestead, PA Article F Planning Commission, Regional

§ 1-537 Creation.

The creation of a Regional Planning Commission is hereby approved.

§ 1-538 Execution of Articles of Agreement.

The proper officers of the Borough of Homestead are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Borough of Homestead, Articles of Agreement dated May 26, 1955, providing for the creation and organization of a Regional Planning Commission, to be known as "Steel Valley Regional Planning Commission."

§ 1-539 Certified copy.

A certified copy of this article shall be transmitted by the Borough Secretary to the Executive Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce of the Homestead District upon its passage.
