It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited
for any person to discharge or have in his possession on any public
highway, alley, place, yard or lot within the limits of the Borough
of Homestead any air rifle, air pistol, slingshot, knife, bow and
arrow or any similar device.

Any person who shall be convicted of violating
or failing to comply with the provisions of this Part before any Magisterial
District Judge shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000,
together with costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such
fine and costs, said violator shall be subject to imprisonment in
the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days.
