No person or persons, firm or corporation shall
make any connections with any of the sewers on any of the streets
and alleys within this Borough without first obtaining permission
so to do from the Borough Manager and paying a required permit fee
as set from time to time by Borough Council for the purpose of inspection
and regulation.
