A committee, to be called the Blighted Property Review Committee, is hereby created. The Blighted Property Review Committee shall be comprised of the following five members:
A. 
The president of Borough Council;
B. 
A member of Borough Council who shall be designated by the president of Borough Council;
C. 
A member of the Sellersville Planning Commission who shall be designated by the president of Borough Council;
D. 
An individual designated by the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority; and
E. 
An individual designated by the Sellersville Borough Mayor.
The president of Borough Council shall serve as the Chairman of the Blighted Property Review Committee and shall have the power to call committee meetings from time to time.
The Blighted Property Review Committee is authorized to perform all acts such a committee is authorized to perform under the Urban Redevelopment Law,[1] as amended, but shall have no authority to expend public funds or incur any debt on behalf of the Borough of Sellersville.
