It is unlawful to park or lodge any trailer, including but not
limited to a box trailer, utility trailer, boat trailer, cargo trailer,
or semi trailer, whether such trailer is licensed or unlicensed, on
or upon any street, sidewalk, or adjacent street right-of-way and
allow such trailer to remain on the street, sidewalk, or adjacent
street right-of-way overnight.
