Section 700.110 "Water System Upkeep Checking Account Funds" To Be Utilized For.

The City of Bismarck's "Water System Upkeep Checking Account" shall be used only to fund new construction, repair, and/or replacement of the City's "Combined Waterworks and Sewerage System." These funds are thus restricted and shall not be used for any other purpose.

Section 700.120 Severability.

The sections, paragraphs, sentences and clauses of this Article are severable; and if any section, paragraph, sentence, or clause of this Article is declared to be unconstitutional by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality shall have no effect upon the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences and clauses of this Article.
