Beginning March 1, 2020, the natural gas rates for the City of Bismarck shall be as follows:

B. 
The City of Bismarck, St. Francois County, Missouri, shall not be charged for natural gas solely used for City buildings; said City shall have all City buildings metered and maintain records of meter readings so as to keep an accurate record of all gas so consumed.

A. 
There shall be a deposit made by each new gas customer prior to receiving City of Bismarck natural gas service. Deposit amounts shall be as follows:
1. 
Renters And Homeowners: one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
2. 
Commercial Users: two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
B. 
After three (3) years, customers who have made timely payments, which are those made by the fifth of the month, may request reimbursement for their initial deposit.

There shall be a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for all reconnection services provided to City of Bismarck customers. The fee for reconnection after disconnection for non-payment shall also remain at fifteen dollars ($15.00).
