City of Lambertville, NJ Article I TITLE OF ORDINANCE

§ LS-100 TITLE.

"An ordinance establishing rules, regulations and standards governing the subdivision of land within the City of Lambertville pursuant to the authority set forth in Chapter 433 of the laws of 1953, and amendments and supplements thereto[1], setting forth the procedure to be followed by the Planning Board and Governing Body in applying and administering these rules, regulations and standards and providing penalties for the violation thereof.

§ LS-101 SHORT TITLE.

This Ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the Land Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Lambertville.
