IN THE COUNTY OF HUNTERDON AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND
ENFORCEMENT OF THE PROVISIONS HEREIN CONTAINED AND FIXING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
