If any section, paragraph, clause, sentence, or provision of
this Ordinance shall be adjudged by the courts to be invalid, such
judgement shall not affect, impair, invalidate or nullify this Ordinance
as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part immediately involved
in the controversy in which such judgement or decree shall be rendered.
