A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Woodlynne, being marked and designated as the "BOCA Fire Prevention Code," as published by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the Borough of Woodlynne in the State of New Jersey, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the current edition of the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 326-2 of this article.
The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
A. 
Section F-101.1, insert "Borough of Woodlynne."
B. 
Section F-105.5.1, insert the following:
F-105.5.1 Penalty for violations: Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.

Pursuant to Section 11 of the Uniform Fire Safety Act (P.L. 1983, c. 383),[1] the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code shall be locally enforced in the Municipality of Woodlynne in the County of Camden and State of New Jersey.

A. 
The local enforcing agency shall be the Fire Marshal of the County of Camden.

B. 
The local enforcement agency shall enforce the Uniform Fire Safety Act[1] and the codes and regulations adopted under it in all buildings, structures and premises within the established boundaries of the Borough of Woodlynne, other than owner-occupied one- and two-family dwellings, and shall faithfully comply with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Safety Act and the Uniform Fire Code.

The local enforcing agency established by § 326-4 shall carry out the periodic inspections of life-hazard uses required by the Uniform Fire Code on behalf of the Commissioner of Community Affairs.

The local enforcing agency designated by § 326-4 shall periodically report to the Director of Public Safety.[1]

Pursuant to Sections 15 and 17 of the Uniform Fire Safety Act,[1] any person aggrieved by an order of the local enforcement agency shall have the right to appeal to the Construction Board of Appeals of the Department of Community Affairs of the State of New Jersey.
