A.
Adoption by reference. The Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as hereby adopted by this article are described and commonly known as "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction," 2019, New Jersey State Highway Department, and are more particularly described in Subsection C.
B.
Copies. Three copies of the said Standard Specifications for Road
and Bridge Construction, New Jersey State Highway Department, 2019,
have been placed on file in the office of the Clerk of the Township
of West Deptford upon the introduction of this article and will remain
on file in said office for use and examination by the public. Any
person desiring copies may obtain same by writing to New Jersey State
Department of Transportation, 1098 Parkway, Trenton, New Jersey.
C.
Description. Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction,
issued by the New Jersey State Highway Department, 2019, containing
general provisions, earthwork, pavements, bridge structures, road
structures, electrical work, landscaping, materials, methods of tests
and temperature volume correction factors, a copy of which Standard
Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, New Jersey State
Highway Department, 2019, are annexed hereto and made a part hereof,
without inclusion of the text thereof herein, in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40:48-2 and other statutes in such case made and provided.

The Inspector's Office and the Department of Public Works are
hereby designated as enforcement agencies for this article.

No person, firm, copartnership, partnership, corporation or
other entity shall construct, alter, repair or maintain any road and/or
bridge construction within the boundaries of West Deptford Township
except pursuant to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge
Construction as covered by the Standard Specifications issued by the
New Jersey State Highway Department, 2019, copies of which Standard
Specifications are on file in the office of the Clerk of the Township
of West Deptford.
