There shall be no vehicle, trailer, backer vehicle, camper or
any other vehicle capable of moving within or on the highways of the
State of New Jersey parked so as to prevent the view of any oncoming
vehicles perpendicular or parallel to any intersection or with access
coming in or out of any apartment complex and/or driveway.
There shall be no tractor trailers or other vehicles of similar
height and nature, whether it is a camper, tractor trailer, Winnebago®-type vehicle
or any other vehicle of similar height to a tractor trailer, parked
so as to prevent the view of any oncoming vehicles perpendicular or
parallel to any intersection or with access coming in or out of any
apartment complex and/or driveway.
The Township of West Deptford shall be empowered to tow or remove
any vehicle that has been given a written notice either placed on
the vehicle or sent to the registered owner of the vehicle that has
not moved the vehicle within 24 hours.

Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to the penalty in § 1-15, Violations and penalties, of the Code of the Township of West Deptford, and shall be subject to towing charges and any other incidental charges required to move the vehicle.
