Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140, the position of Municipal Engineer is hereby established. This appointment shall be for a term of one year at such compensation as shall be agreed, based on an hourly rate plus expenses. This rate shall be determined prior to any appointment being made.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-139, there is hereby established the position of Municipal Attorney. This appointment shall be for one-year at such compensation as shall be reasonable for the services rendered.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-141, the position of Municipal Tax Collector is hereby established. Appointment to this position shall be for a four-year term or for such term as shall be fixed by New Jersey statute, whichever is shorter. Compensation for this position shall be fixed by the Municipal Salary Ordinance.[1]
