A maximum speed limit of 25 mph is hereby established upon all streets and alleys of the Township.
2. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35 and costs. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five miles per hour shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five miles per hour over the maximum speed limit.

At the following locations traffic signals as indicated below shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected), and traffic at those locations shall be directed by those signals:

Any driver of a vehicle who disobeys the directions of any traffic signal shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle of the type indicated traveling upon the first-named street at any of the following intersections, in the direction or directions indicated in each case, to make a left turn and/or a right turn into the second-named street, as indicated, at any time when such a turn is prohibited by this section:

1. 
The following intersections (in addition to intersections with the through highways established by § 15-212) are established as stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street (the intersecting or through street) on the first-named street (the stop street) in the direction or directions indicated for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection on the first-named or stop street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall stop the vehicle as required by of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3323(b), and shall not proceed into or across the second-named or intersecting or through street until he has followed all applicable requirements of that Section of the law.

1. 
This section shall add and define specific fire lane areas located on quasi-public property identified generally as the McNeilly-Sussex Shopping Center.
2. 
There is hereby established a fire lane, for the protection of persons and property located at the McNeilly-Sussex Shopping Center in the quasi-public driveway areas, said fire land identified as that portion of the quasi-public driveway areas abutting upon the property and buildings situate on the westerly side of said buildings running north and south, parallel to McNeilly Road.
3. 
Said fire land shall extend from the northwest corner of said building to the southwest corner of said building and shall be eight-foot wide as measured from the nearest point of said building in the quasi-public walk and driveway areas.
4. 
Parking shall be prohibited at all times in the above described fire lane.
5. 
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section, shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 plus costs of prosecution.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle longitudinally upon any sidewalk in the Township; not shall any person operate any motor vehicle upon or across any sidewalk, except in order to gain access to or egress from a driveway or alley at such locations where the curb, if such sidewalk is curbed, shall have been properly cut down for the purpose. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 10 days.
