Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this Part for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.

The boundary limits of the Township of Baldwin are hereby established as a zone in which motor vehicles may remain standing without lights, and all streets and alleys within such boundary limits are hereby designated as streets where motor vehicles may remain standing without lights.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
