There is hereby created and established a Division of Forestry.
This Division shall consist of a representative from the Highway Department
and the Town's Landscape Architect. The representative from the
Highway Department shall be known as the "Town Forester."
The Division of Forestry shall be headed by the Town Forester.
Prior to any action, a written record documenting the need for such
action shall be prepared and reviewed by the Town's Forester.
A copy of all decisions shall be kept on file in the offices of the
Town Forester and in the offices of the Town's Landscape Architect.
The Town Forester shall be directly responsible to and under the command,
direction and supervision of the Highway Superintendent.
