In determining the completeness of an application for development, each applicant for site plan approval shall submit with their application to the Planning Board the required data and information as stated in Checklist A and the additional Checklists found attached to this chapter.
The Planning Board shall have the power to waive submission
of any of the above items which are not applicable to a particular
application.
