The provisions of this Article imposing a time limit on parking
shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more
restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing
or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other
statute or as hereinafter provided.

A.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 87-23), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B.
No person shall park, place, store or leave a truck weighing over
four tons gross weight or a trailer of any size in any municipal parking
lot other than as may be necessary for the purpose of making a pickup
or delivery in the regular course of business.
C.
No person shall park a dumpster or portable storage container or permit a dumpster or portable storage container to be parked on or within a public street or public area in the Borough of Woodstown without first having obtained a permit from the Woodstown Police Department. Permits may be issued in accordance with Article XIV of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 87-24) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule III (§ 87-25) of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 87-26) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 87-27), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
