The following schedule is established for all fees within the jurisdiction of the Board of Health:
a. 
Determination of Soil Characteristics.
1. 
Permit to conduct soil testing (BH2-4.1a) (per day or part): $300.
b. 
On-Site Sewage Disposal.

Subdivision and soil testing reviews.

The fees established by this chapter shall supersede those fees established elsewhere in the Board of Health Ordinances.

a. 
The provisions of this subsection shall apply to any full-time resident of the township who serves as a volunteer in any qualifying volunteer emergency service organization serving Branchburg Township. Such volunteer must be certified to be a member in good standing of their respective volunteer emergency service organization in writing by the Chief Executive Officer of that volunteer emergency service organization.
b. 
A member in "good standing" shall mean any person who shall have served at least one year of continuous volunteer service in a volunteer emergency service organization serving Branchburg Township.
c. 
The following fees, in a residential, noncommercial application, shall be waived for Branchburg Township residents meeting the volunteer emergency service criteria listed above:

Appropriate reinspection fees shall be paid within five business days after the reinspection each time the owner or operator of any food establishment fails to receive a satisfactory inspection rating from the Board of Health.
