It shall be unlawful for any person to store or suffer or permit the storage of indoor furniture outside of residences or structures that are not fully enclosed.

The foregoing prohibition against outdoor storage shall apply regardless of whether the indoor furniture is covered by plastics, tarps or other materials.
"Indoor furniture" shall be deemed and considered to be furniture intended and designed for use indoors. Any furniture containing cloth or other absorbent materials shall be presumed to be indoor furniture.
Furniture kept inside a fully enclosed and secured area such a screened or glass enclosed porch shall not be considered to be outdoor storage within the meaning and intent of this article.
Violations of this article shall be punishable by fines of up to $500.
