Bishop Street from East Main Street South to East South Street is hereby established as a one-way street. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on Bishop Street from East Main Street to East South Street other than in a southerly direction as established by this article.

The prohibition of two-way traffic on Bishop Street from East Main Street to East South Street shall be designated by proper signs or other appropriate markings placed on or near the curb line.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25, plus costs.
