It shall be an offense for any person to obstruct or encumber by fence, buildings, boxes, stands, structures or otherwise, or in any manner to obstruct any of the public highways, streets, alleys, roads, sidewalks or crosswalks within the corporate limits of the city. Provided, that nothing herein counted shall prohibit the loading or unloading of any goods or material whatever without needless delay. It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or any of his deputies having knowledge of such violation to notify the person so offending, if he can be found, to immediately remove any such obstruction or encumbrance placed or made by him upon any public highway, street, alley, sidewalk, road or crosswalk within the city contrary to the provisions of this section; and if such person does not immediately remove such obstruction or encumbrance or if such person cannot immediately be found, then the Chief of Police or deputy shall remove such obstruction or encumbrance.
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person, firm or corporation to construct, erect, operate, maintain or permit to exist any ice house, ice dock, gasoline pump, gasoline storage reservoir, oil pump, oil storage reservoir, tire repair rack, tire tools or equipment, water hose connection, storage inlet or outlet, compressed air hose connection or housing for same, any merchandise, business or any tools, stand, equipment or appurtenances thereof, any radio serials, poles or wires therefor, whether permanent or temporary, or any other obstruction, upon any part of any public street, alley, boulevard, parkway, sidewalk, curbing or parking within the City of Weatherford.
No person shall himself or by his agent use any portion of the street for the sale or advertising of any merchandise of any kind or character whatsoever. Such act shall be an offense and be punished accordingly.
Every person who shall use or occupy any part of the street or avenue of the city for building material shall cause one or more red lights to be kept burning from sunset to sunrise on the front and at each side in such manner as to give notice of danger to all possible means of approach, so long as such material or obstruction remains. Those who fail to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offense.
All excavations upon the front or side of any lot, adjoining the street or avenue or alley or under any sidewalk in the city shall be securely and properly guarded and protected by the person or persons having charge of the same, so as to prevent the same being or becoming dangerous to life or limb. Failure to do so shall be an offense.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to injure, remove or displace any earth, stone, gravel, sand or other material forming a part of any public highway, street, alley, sidewalk, road or crosswalk within the corporate limits of the city without permission from the Street Commissioner to do so.
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to skate on roller skates, ice skates or otherwise skate or ride any scooter or similar devise on or across or over any sidewalk within the city limits.
It shall hereafter be unlawful for any property owner, occupant or agent of any property that abuts or adjoins any street or avenue in the city to allow or permit any animal or vegetable substance, or any tin, glass or pieces of iron, or any trash, mud, snow, ice, dirt, slop, refuse, matter or filth of any kind or description whatever to accumulate or remain on any part of the sidewalk abutting or adjacent to the premises owned or occupied by such person.
If any such property owner, occupant or agent of such property shall fail or refuse to clean off the sidewalk abutting or adjacent to the property owned or occupied by him within 24 hours after notice served on him by any policeman, Sanitary Officer, Street Superintendent, or any other agent of the city, such property owner or occupant or agent so failing or refusing after notice to clean off such sidewalk, shall be deemed guilty of an offense.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sweep out or deposit on any of the sidewalks or streets of the city any dirt, trash or other refuse of any kind, or sweep into the street any dirt, trash or other refuse of any kind whatever.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to cut, carve, mark, engrave or inscribe upon any sidewalk, curbing, pavement or other public part of any street, any sign, mark, advertisement or effigy, other than to show contractor's nameplate.
It shall be unlawful, and an offense for any person in the city to keep open or leave open any cellar door, manhole or grating of any kind, in or upon any street or sidewalk, or suffer or permit the same to be left open, except necessarily open during the use thereof, and during such time the same shall be properly guarded and protected.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to cut, dig, bore, blast, excavate, produce or in any other manner, make or cause to be made, any hole, opening, ditch, displacement, depression or impairment of the surface of any street, paving, paving curb, crossing or walk in any street, alley or sidewalk within the City of Weatherford, without first making written application for a permit to do so on a form prescribed by the City Clerk, and approved by the City Engineer. Said work, repair, or replacement shall be done under the supervision and direction of the City Engineer.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person or persons to unlawfully assemble, to camp, picnic, maintain open fires, congregate in a disorderly manner, or obstruct any roads, lanes, passageways, airstrips or taxiway, in or on the Weatherford Municipal Airport or airport property.
2. 
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person or assemblage of persons to obstruct any sidewalk or passage or any street or alley or any walk or any public grounds in the city by congregating or in any way assembling therein or thereon.
3. 
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to permit the sidewalk adjacent to his premises to be or continue in a broken or unsafe condition so as to endanger life and limb of any person traveling thereon.
