Every person is forbidden without right to stand, walk, sit,
run or recline upon a railroad track within the limits of the City
of Weatherford.
Every person is forbidden without right to climb upon, hold
to, or in any manner attach himself to any locomotive, engine or car
upon any railroad track within the limits of this city, while such
locomotive engine or car shall be in motion.
Every person is forbidden without right to loiter or remain
within a railroad yard, railroad ground, or railroad right-of-way,
within the limits of this city after being requested to leave said
railroad station building, railroad station platform, railroad yard,
railroad ground or railroad right-of-way, by an employee of the corporation,
person or persons, operating such railroad.
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to obstruct
any street, avenue, or crossing within the corporate limits of the
City of Weatherford with any train, locomotive or engine for a longer
period of time than five minutes.
