Parking Prohibited on Certain Streets to Enable Street Sweeping.
a.
There will be "No Parking" on the following streets, on the following
days from March 1st to November 1st between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
until 3:30 p.m. on the days and streets designated below and made
a part of this chapter.
b.
Sweeping on all streets within the borough will be canceled for that
assigned day, if it is raining and/or snowing or the assigned day
falls on a borough holiday.
c.
All parked vehicles in violation of this subsection are subject to
be towed at the expense of the owner.
d.
Basketball apparatuses, mailboxes, planters, trash receptacles shall
be placed off road and away from the curbline so as not to interfere
with the sweeping on the day designated below.
e.
Trees, tree branches and/or shrubs protruding over and into the curbline
shall be maintained by the property owner in order to allow safe clearance
during sweeping operation.
