This chapter shall be enforced by the Building Inspector.
Any owner, or agent of an owner acting on behalf of the owner,
violating any provision this chapter, including but not limited to
failure to register or pay required fees, shall constitute a violation
punishable upon conviction thereof by a fine in an amount not less
than $250 nor more than $1,000. Each day of violation will be deemed
to constitute a separate offense.
